...Raise two arms if your teamate has the seventh most Giro D'Italia stage wins ever. Not impressed? Keep in mind they had to call off the race during WWII :)...
After breaking his kneecap post winning nine stages in the 2005 Giro and having everybody in the game say he was dirty and would never recover, a point was made. The fastest man on the planet finished the entire Giro, no not you Robbie M., with style. Allesandro Pettachi, my favorite cyclist, won five stages with authority. Some stages in the rain, others with a final sprint from .5K out. Welcome back motherfucker you are the reason the only two cycling caps I own are both Fassa Bortollo. Gratzi and Prego!
.....If you are Italian and you win a stage in Giro D'Italia in Milan does that make you the prime minister?
